Long ago in 1997 a game was created possibly the best game I have ever played IMO. That game was called Battlefield, and the objective of the game is simple.

First you must REGISTER that is easy. Then you create a tank name, and there is 4 colors Red, Purple, Blue, and Orange. You start off as a recruit, and you work your way up to general. First as a recruit your main goal should be to get as much equipment as possible. What equipment does is make you'r tank stronger by equipping your tank with Dual Shots, Missle Shots, Homing Shots(follows a target), and most importantly Shields for protection. Once you have equipped your tank with the maximum possible is when the fun part starts; engaging into fights with other tanks as you climb to private, corporal and sargeant. Once you reach sergeant you must deactivate (kill) someone ONE rank below yours or equal or higher. This process continues all the way til Colonel. Once a colonel, the ONLY way to rank up to the last, and most prestigious rank General, is to kill another Colonel.

The game ran up until 2005, and up until recently was down, but a few players managed to get the source code. As of last year this game has been up, and running. If you have never tried the game I recommend you to give it a good try, and do your best.
